Why am I offering this workshop?
More than 70% of my clients come to me with some form of anxiety and stress. While feeling overwhelmed is a natural reaction to challenging events, difficult relationships, and concern about the future, there are proven ways to shift our anxious reaction to a healthy, constructive response.
The Moving Past Anxiety group will help participants learn to respond–not react–to stressful situations, stop being stuck, and reframe thinking for successful decisions and outcomes. The group will also provide a forum for sharing common experiences and best practices.
Weekly Zoom sessions are held on Tuesdays
from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. Feel free to bring your lunch. Payment in advance is required.
